I’m already doing therapy - how is this different?

Firstly - I’m not a therapist so please continue with the mental health support that you’re currently receiving. Personally for me, the way Chill Pill curriculum is structured is practical, in the moment tools - Our calls will be a combination of sharing circles, somatics (aka emotional release via the physical body), using subconscious mind rewiring tools, lifestyle tweaks & embodiment practices.

What time are the calls?

Currently the calls are 1pm on Monday's GST & 11am GST on Sundays. We regularly check in on client time zones & amend where possible. All calls will be recorded too & if you can’t make a call live, you can submit your q’s to Tia prior to answer for you LIVE. So far we have ladies from Australia, Dubai. Ireland, Amsterdam, UK & Portugal

Gurlll do I hear this! I use to be the same way. Here’s the cool thing about Chill Pill.. you don’t HAVE TO share on our calls. You can absorb the teachings, utilize the tools, and observe others receiving direct coaching (witnessing others be lead through an emotional clearing process will have major benefits for everyone on the call)
